Women’s Self Defense Program

3E women's self-defense is designed to teach women practical skills and techniques to protect themselves in dangerous situations. The course typically covers a range of topics, including situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, physical defense tactics, and how to escape from common attacks. Participants learn how to effectively use their body's natural strength, how to disable an attacker, and how to defend themselves in various scenarios, such as being grabbed, choked, or thrown to the ground.

We teach in a supportive and encouraging environment. This is to foster a sense of community and safety among participants.

Children’s Self Defense Program

The 3E curriculum for children aged 6-13 is designed to teach essential skills for staying safe and avoiding potentially dangerous situations. The course emphasizes the development of age-appropriate techniques to help children recognize unsafe circumstances, set personal boundaries, and effectively use their voices to assert themselves. It’s crucial for kids to understand how to identify risky situations and respond confidently.

The physical part of the course focuses on simple, effective techniques for escaping grabs, breaking free from holds, and defending themselves in a non-threatening manner. The goal is to empower children with practical skills for self-protection, rather than fostering aggression. The program incorporates fun and interactive exercises that not only keep children engaged but also promote teamwork, mutual respect, and confidence. Through this, children learn that personal safety is a right, and they can protect themselves while maintaining a sense of security and empowerment.

Newly Independent Woman Seminar

The Independent Woman Self-Defense Seminar is tailored specifically for young adult women, such as high school seniors and recent graduates, as they navigate the world with newfound independence. This course is designed to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and handle potentially dangerous situations.

An essential component of the seminar is the understanding that 98% of attacks on young women are committed by people they know. Participants learn warning signs and recognize the mentality of a sexual predator, which can help in preventing an attack before it happens.

The seminar also focuses on practical safety measures women can take in their daily lives, particularly when they are alone. These tips and strategies help increase awareness and reduce the chances of becoming a target in everyday situations.

The physical defense techniques taught are tailored to the specific motives of attackers, ensuring that women learn how to respond effectively to various scenarios. These techniques are designed to be practical and easy to remember, with an emphasis on how to safely escape from an attacker.

Finally, the course highlights the importance of reporting an incident—how to do so effectively, why it matters, and how reporting helps protect not only the individual but also others. Through this seminar, young women gain a sense of confidence, awareness, and empowerment to protect themselves in an often unpredictable world.
